- Is unknown the true height of the ice, so you can't add that upper part into account.

- The volume of the ice is faulty, the cone is taking parts without ice in account.

There are solutions for this:

- Pixelscale every part individually. I can do it, I'm patient enough.

- Use the equation of a conical frustum like RKGenki said and apply the concept of hollowness.

I not sure about the second option, that what I wanted to ask to Kaltias if that is ok to assume, alongside if I'm thinking too much the things here.
