So freezes profile states that his technology is on par with at least luthor and maybe apokolips level which should make him super genius and since batman is considered smarter than him he should also become supergenius

and since darkseid's tech is considered above lex's and he has a 5th dimensional mind then he should also get this intellect

Batman could be smarter than Mr.Freeze when comes to strategy and combat skill, but that doesn't make him superior when it comes to things such as physics, gimmicks, thermodynamics, mechanics etc. Unless is specifically stated.

We do not scale intelligence. We go by the actual demonstrated feats case by case. Also Mr. Freeze is specialised in a single area, cryogenics. He is definitely superior to Batman in that single respect.
