I have discussed this with @UchihaSlayer96 and he has provided me the list of characters that are affected by this thread's acceptance:

All Six Paths Senjutsu users, so:

• SPSM Naruto
• Hagoromo
• Juubi Jin Madara
• Juubi Jin Obito
• Hamura
• Kaguya
• TCM Toneri

With this said, I need the profiles of New Age Era Naruto, and Obito opened up so I can add the new intelligence ratings. In the meantime, I'll start adding these ratings to the profiles which are already unrestricted.

I still have one profile that needs to be changed up, but since @UchihaSlayer96 will handle that later. I would say you can close it, and Slayer will handle that profile when he has the free time to do so.
