Giorno with GER should not be put in the 8-C tier as he was capable of nullifying an nier universal time erasure. Nullifying an erasure of a fundimental part of the universe,even a piece of it should be be considered higher than building level.

Like I said it can't really be applied, its not like his reset is a 3-A attack or something. All it does is reset actions which again is not really something we can use for quantifying AP.

Doesnt it say on Diavolo profile his stand warps space too during time skip?Its also seen the surroundings are breaking and such when he activates that

Nobody said that warp is combat applicable, can be damage to environment at the very least

Do you have proof that it actually destroys things? Because thats not even mentioned in the profile. Warping scape =/= damaging space

The "warp space" doesnt come from the visual effect that it shows up during the timeskip (things "breaking" and all)
It comes from the timeskip itself, since he is naturally affecting space when he messes with time. But it doesnt break anything

It aint a visual effect, he really does **** with space and matter, kinda obvious in the manga (the matter that falls apart and breaks even has speed trails and speed lines at certain points, a good example is in this panel, The debris fly back into place with Diavolo even having to move his head to avoid some rocks, and this scene), but it aint exactly useful nor does it effect AP. It's just something that happens and then fixes itself.

It is legit though, it's just not combat applicable or even permanent, it's just a temporary side effect. Tier wont change or anything but there is some spatial/matter manip going on as a side effect.
