High 3-A key for BOTW Link ?

Link should be high 3-a with the one-hit obliterator.

Even it's information page states that its attack power is infinite and the game treats it as having infinite attack power.

It is clearly shown that it does not ignore durability but one-shots all opponents purely due to raw power- infinite power.

@DMUA & Dust collector:

The game literally denotes its attack stat with an infinity symbol. What greater proof is needed ?

Okay.

Why doesn't it reduce the entirety of Hyrule into Quantium particals upon such a release of power?

You do know Game stats are Game Mechanics, right?

Why didn't anyone use this to oblitherate Ganon from existence and be done with it? Why need to assemble all the heroes across Hyrule to take him down?

In fact, when the God tiers are only High 4-C, where'd did they get the power for a High 3-A weapon?

Because it proves High 3-A as much as Sidious saying that he has unlimited power does?

That is not what the game mechanics page says. It refers to game stats in terms of the whole hp whittling down effect.

Also as for your hyrule quantum particle thing, that is true for all fiction. Standard indestructible earth rule.

Yeah, but we let those things slide because they actually have feats of infinite power.

This doesn't.

If the weapon's attack stat literally has in front of it, I fail to see why it obviously shouldn't be taken as literal infinite power.

It still makes no sense where they got a weapon of infinite power where the God tiers are High 4-C.

It is fiction, it isn't supposed to make sense 100% of the time. Maybe someone from the greater Nintendo Multiverse created it. That is a terrible reason to use against this upgrade.

Hmm.

Still, we don't know where this weapon came from.

And it makes no sense that no one decided to use this on Ganon to immediately oblitherate him.

Because infinite in a fiction usually just means far higher than anything else in the verse. This isn't even the case as the thing wasn't even used against Calamity, and instead they created guardians and divine beasts

Wouldn't this count just as OHK instead of High 3-A?

Edit: Which is already on Link's profile.....

This is just a game mechanic and Massively NLF+; we rejected the Mik proposal of High 3-A Obelisk for similar reasons. So I suppose we can close the thread?

1. No, means Infinity everywhere.

2. It has been hacked to be used against calamity and it still one-shotted him.

1. Infinite in the contex of the verse. Which is blatantly false as already the TF is obviously far stronger

2. You can't use hack to prove things

Did the obelisk have as it's attack stat ?

What does it matter? Infinite is infinite, doesn't matter how you show it. And again, infinite in the contex of the verse, this case weapons

The Obelisk has infinity attacks points when summoning two monsters, but we do Not translate that to Attack Potency on out tiering system. Someone a while back constantly tried to upgrade Obelisk a while back, but it's super repetitive and was rejected each and every time. So we should therefore not upgrade One-Hit Obliterator for the very same reasons.

Contex, guy. He's "infinite" in the contex he's in. In this case "infinite" simply means far above any other weapon in the game

If that was the case, why did they not rate it as 500 or 1000 or something like that ?

@dark: I have no idea what the obelisk is. Does it one-shot everything ? does its verse have higher than high 3-a characters ?
