Alright, probably gonna have to give this to Hank. He has the range advantage with his shot gun and is smart enough to play keep away (as would be most people's go to for fighting a ******* dinosaur I'd imagine.) Plus, he could likely get his hands on a vehicle with prep and net himself a solid speed advantage.

He could also get his hands on propane tanks to lob at the dino and maybe even set up traps given that he knows the battleground. In fact, I could even see Hank kiting the dino around into a bunch of propane tanks and then blowing them up to blast the rex sky high.

Last but not least, rage power and Regenerationn help negate any potential AP gaps and make it so he's not immediately dead in the event that he's cornered.
