I think it really depends on who’s more experienced as I can see either one winning. However I have a feeling Hank’s more experienced considering he’s overall smarter and likely more experienced since he’s been trained in the military and has better hand to hand combat skills if it comes to that. So he should have very good experience when it comes to using guns.

Isn't Hank more physically fit & stronger than smoke? This is a minor factor I wanted to point out.

I think it really depends on who’s more experienced as I can see either one winning. However I have a feeling Hank’s more experienced considering he’s overall smarter and likely more experienced since he’s been trained in the military and has better hand to hand combat skills if it comes to that.
