Haku gets reflected to other mirrors so why not. Not like he moves that fast outside of mirror swapping.
How long did the light from the jutsu A and Tsunade got ejected from permeate? The teleportation itself is lightspeed, sure, but is the illumination side effect lightspeed too? We don't know.
