The uppercut was a gag scene (he got it for being mistaken for a perv IIRC) but the explosion... I didn't wach much of the anime, so IDK.

The gag scene I'm talking about Chiaki punching Teruteru. Even if it was not a gag scene, there's no consistent feat showing that Chiaki's punch has the potency to destroy building or hurt characters that can deal with building level attacks outside the explosion feat. If that's the case then she should have easily escaped Junko's trap by punching a wall through. It can be considered an outlier tho

It's linked on the profile, not sure what episode it's in.

That's is so farfetched and taken out of context. There's nothing to indicate that the explosion was in their classroom. It can be interpreted as the explosion was at another classroom after chisa pressed the button and then Nagito's classmates watching outside the aftermath of some explosion.
