So for Legendaries, Lugia is downgraded to High 6-C while the Legendary Birds and other featless Legendaries and Mythicals should scale to 1/3rd of that in absence of actual feats.
Regigigas is Low 6-B
Miraidon and Koraidon should be High 6-A, Eternatus and the dogs are also High 6-A, Xerneas, Yveltal, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Reshiram, Zekrom are all High 6-A
Deoxys and Mega Rayquaza are 5-B
Ultra Necrozma is 3-C idk about the others I don't know the scaling chain

Earlier we talked about Mewtwo scaling to the Weather Trio since the Pokedex still talks about his battle abilities being raised to the highest level in HeartGold, the same game where the Trio were also in (with Pokedex entries). Though he might be Creation Trio level since they're also in HeartGold, plus Mewtwo's in SwSh and technically has a Pokedex entry about it's strength with the trio being in the game as well.

I don't recall what we're doing with Mew, but I think we're scaling them to Mewtwo? (I might be wrong about that.)

Idk, maybe? All I know is that remember that we were allowing Mewtwo to scale to Groudon due to them both being in the game with Pokedex entries, with Mewtwo's talking about it's battle abilities being raised to the ultimate level, hence why I said that he could possibly scale to the Creation Trio.

Would it be reasonable for unown to cross scale given they are connected to Arceus in several mediums (games, manga, and more loosely the anime by guarding the spear key) and in the anime they are revealed to come from the Unown dimension.

Duraludon is considered by our standards to be on par with a fully-evolved Pokemon, but it's getting an evolution.

Are we gonna downgrade it? Given that it's a rival to Tyranitar, can it even be downgraded? If so, what happens to Archaludon?

Honestly I don't even know what to do next with this CRT; most staff have lost interest, the OP has posted another major CRT (Marvel/DC related) and judging by the comments as well as bumps it seems most supporters don't even know how this CRT will actually be concluded.

The Abomasnow calc should be accepted, bumping regulars up a tier.
But featless legendaries, Megas and G-Max forms still need tiering, cos they dont have any feats other than upscaling from fully-evolved mons.
Also, is there any statement scaling Duraludon to T-Tar?
