Goku Breaking through time skip infinite speed

First Goku broke Through The Timeskip So He Should Have Infinite Speed? Why? because Time-Skip Stops Time. Breaking through time is Infinite Speed No doubt. So why dosen't Goku Have Infinite speed for Breaking Through The Timeskip?

Because it's resistance to time stop. He resisted Hit's time stop.

Unless Goku can physically move around instantaneously (IT doesn't count) within Time Stop (which he most likely has not displayed that), then he's not having that level of speed.

He did physically move around during time stop though, but that's due to resistance.

A better feat is Mira (i think) moving through times stop in an instant, suggesting via sheer speed
