Tbf vaporising a metal block the size of a house is probably going to cause more energy per cubic cm than it does to destroy a mountain of feathers which I assume is shions point. Tho there’s inverse square law which kinda nullifies it from what I know. Maybe just keep it as potentially 🤷‍♂️
Ok but this isn't feathers but an unknown rock here.

It was also a much bigger and powerful blast, again you have no proof its pulv while there are atleast argument for vapo.
It’s vice versa — unles you have a legit proof of vaporization, it’s pulv by default if thing completely disappears.
Vaporization is the result of the overwhelming AP, not the “type” of attack.
He was confused, no idea how that means "oh no my cane which made all my attacks disappear because it broken"
Yeah, thanks for supporting my point. He was blinded, opened his eyes confused, looked at his broke cane and said “****”, realizing what exactly happened.

Oh wait hmm, I forgot his wound is seen in his song. I think I change my mind on this.
So you agree with Resistance to Regeneration Negation?
But like nor do you have proof that they are tangible. So we go by the straight forward option.
Uh, every scene these tentacles touch other people?

Adam is = Lilith
Headcanon.
and >= Charlie both who are above Stolas.
Charlie is a weird case.
Both Lucifer and Charlie used their COMBINED power to slam him against the ground. That was an A+ Attack tbh.
It was still slamming into the ground. And may I remind you, Adam had a good amount of time after opening his eyes.

Read the Adam part
OK, but as @Lord_Farquaad69420 said, it just specifies his type, doesn’t really say anything.
Not even funny.
It is though.
Adam only really scales in LS and Speed, LS because he straight up breaks out of his grasp and Speed because he scales above Stolas, his own flight speed and is shown to be catch and react to Lucifer Flying.
Lucifer flying and fighting non-serious, aka non-top speed. Again, if I see 8 y. o. guy trying to hit me and dodge it laughingly and making jokes, I am not at my top speed and just dicking around.

Yeah, thanks for supporting my point. He was blinded, opened his eyes confused, looked at his broke cane and said “****”, realizing what exactly happened.
Considering alastor can still use magic without the cane, and go into his demon form without it, i think its more of a wand thing from HP where it helps channel his power easier, rather than amplify it significantly

But that doesn’t really prove anything. He was caught off guard. Not deported
Deported?
Again, would you curse at something meaningless being broken after being confused why the hell did all of your magic go away and run away despite being supposedly still able to fight (aka if the cane does not contribute to his power)?
No…….no they don’t. We still know jackshit about it so let’s leave out the leaks
They do heavily imply.

Deported?
had something on my mind at the time of writing

I'm not saying the cane doesn't do anything, I'm saying the cane's properties are too vague to say what it actually does. Plus he runs off after getting slashed, not cause of his cane getting broken. Keep in mind he only gets slashed because he's caught offguard, for all we know he could have continued fighting without his cane. But was injured before he could even continue. Also swearing at your weapon breaking doesn't mean anything. I could swing a strong sword that breaks on impact with a stronger sword, I'd give a reaction but it doesn't mean I can't stop throwing hands.

It doesn’t say that???

What disappears after his cane is broken? Tentacles, true demon form, electricity, a radio voice (briefly), and his ability to fight Adam… yeah, I can already tell you what exactly it does.

That is true, but don’t forget that he actually doesn’t care much about this giant wound (hence Superhuman Stamina in the profile). It might hurt a bit, but Alastor is a summoner type of fighter, not melee, so he could have continued what he was doing. But nope he just “barely escaped from being killed by a hair”.
Also swearing at your weapon breaking doesn't mean anything. I could swing a strong sword that breaks on impact with a stronger sword, I'd give a reaction but it doesn't mean I can't stop throwing hands.
Except this… isn’t a sword? He never once uses it like that against ANYONE. Again, he is a summoner and AoE type of fighter, not melee. And he specifically curses at it as a response to what happened, implying that his cane breaking actually answers his question of what just happened.

"Careless and unsystematic; excessively casual." ~ Definition of Sloppy in the Oxford dictionary

Seems like Alastor thought Adam was casual too, huh...

Anyways, yeah, Alastor would have meant that, since the other options would be... well bluntly put just restating what he already said.
I believe it's called gradation. Words often come in degrees, you see.
"Sloppy" here probably just meant that Adam lacks precision or refinement in his fighting style.

...he already said those things though, discipline is refinement in it's most pure form for combat, and control is just stating a lack of precision.

Though honestly this is semantics so to each their own

By the same logic discipline is "the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience" and control is "the power to influence or direct people's behavior or the course of events" according to the same source. Ig Alastor was accusing him of being untrained to obey rules and having no power to influence others' behaviours for some unknown reason, yup.

Or perhaps sometimes you have to check other sources and maybe even do some brain work to how the word fits into the context.

"activity or experience that provides mental or physical training."

"train oneself to do something in a controlled and habitual way."

I see you only picked the definition you thought would benefit you~

But the points still remain.

Vox

I remade an old calc, and it was accepted. It should scale to his durability (he is seen absorping everything, thus causing the blackout), but not AP, since there is nothing suggesting that.
And no, there was no fight between him and Al. Thus, he becomes Mountain level in Durability.
Uh, I don't know if this is how it works, first of all, did this power outage last 1 full day? Second of all you wouldn't necessarily need to apply the amount of energy required to power a place for a day to cause an outage to that place for a day. That's just not how it works. Wouldn't you need to absorb the amount of energy powering the grid at that specific moment to stop its energy supply?

Actually, looking back at this, we have this in the calc:

According to this chart, the average person uses around 77028 kWh per year in the U.S., which would be equal to 77028 / 365 = 211.04 kWh. If we assume the same is true for the population of Pentagram city, then we can calculate the energy Vox needed to cause an overload in electricity which would lead to the blackout.

But... Vox didn't take out the energy for a whole day from the city...

Plus there's this other calc that is accepted unlike what Orange used.

Using this calc (feat) as it's closer to what Vox did:

Average annua consumption: 10'800 KWH or 3.888e10 J/s per home

Chicago has 1152871 occupied homes, meaning that for homes we have 1152871 * 3.888e10 = 4.482362448e16 J/s

Using the Sonic calc above, every commercial building gives 1539000000 KJ/s. Chicago has 23000 of these, so: 1539000000000 * 23000 = 3.5397e16 J/s

Summing both we have 4.482362448e16 + 3.5397e16 = 8.022062448e16 J/s

Roughly going, in the video the feat starts from 2:13 and ends at 2:17, meaning it lasts 4 seconds.

8.022062448e16 / 4 = 2.005515612e16 Joules or 4.79 Megatons (Small City level+)

This fits with Adam's recalced feat of 3.12 Megatons. Everyone who is a one-shot above Vox will upscale to 7-B as the gap is x1.315.

This I can agree with, you have my blessing to upscale Adam, Lucifer, Full Demon Charlie, and angelic weapons to 7-B

Ngl I thought (and still think) that day is a default given that never-ever we would ever know, since all of companies would try to restore the power as soon as possible.
Plus there's this other calc that is accepted unlike what Orange used.
Doesn't account that there are billion of people in Hell...
This I can agree with, you have my blessing to upscale Adam, Lucifer, Full Demon Charlie, and angelic weapons to 7-B
As long as Alastor is not strong, you agree
Also nah, Angelic Weapons have a heavy anti-feat with Alastor's shield, so my proposal is just "higher with Angelic Trident/Axe" for Adam and Charlie ig.
Oh, and Lucifer too

That sounds poetic and song lingo ngl.
Makes sense given that there are bad people there throughout all of human history (besides those who were killed during exterminations)? In fact, the billion should be bare minimum due to that.

Also, Overlords of Pentagram City own millions of souls too... the calcs that ignore that are too lowballish.

ASSUMING this is true.

Homes: 1e9 * 0.42 = 420000000 homes

420000000 * 3.888e10 = 1.63296e19 J/s

1.63296e19 + 3.5397e16 = 1.6364997e19 J/s

1.6364997e19 / 4 = 4.09124925e18 Joules or 977.83 Megatons (7-A+)

LITERALLY x1.023 below High 7-A

There are like 9 cities in hell and Sinners don't just hang out in Sinner City. Watch helluva.

You can't say there's a billion in that one city.

There are like 9 cities in hell and Sinners don't just hang out in Sinner City. Watch helluva.
What are those? IMP City doesn't count for reasons in the blog.
I will just add that although it’s Hell, not US, their problem is overpopulation, so fair enough.
LITERALLY x1.023 below High 7-A
Can this grant Alastor and above High 7-A?
You can't say there's a billion in that one city.
I can argue that all Sinners Charlie ever faced as far as we are aware are in Pentagram City, so...

How do you know that Charlie never visited there in her over a century of being alive? Or the city Andrealphus' mansion is in? You should be calculating the size of the city then finding a comparable city to use for population. Could also, like was argued, that the billion statement is flowery to make the song better.

...Overpopulation was like... Sera's excuse to have the Exterminations happen. its not actually that bad.
I can argue that all Sinners Charlie ever faced as far as we are aware are in Pentagram City, so...
And I can argue that the streets aren't crowded completely and there aren't 5 people at minimum living in every room. Charlie's number is off if you want to say she was talking about just Sinner City.

Calculate the size of Sinner City, find a city close to it in scale, or a chunk of a densely populated city like New York or Tokyo, and go for that number.

How do you know that Charlie never visited there in her over a century of being alive?
Mate, the problem here is that “needy faces” refer to Sinners, not IMPs or Hellborns. Do basic 2+2.
Or the city Andrealphus' mansion is in?
Wth is this
You should be calculating the size of the city then finding a comparable city to use for population.
Was already addressed in one of the calcs and the CGM agreed that the view we get cannot give us a good result (Pentagram City becomes a bit smaller than irl small town in size iirc)
Could also, like was argued, that the billion statement is flowery to make the song better.
Consistent with million of souls statement and common sense that these are Sinners that have gone to Hell for millions/billions of years.
...Overpopulation was like... Sera's excuse to have the Exterminations happen. its not actually that bad.
Charlie says that asw.
And I can argue that the streets aren't crowded completely and there aren't 5 people at minimum living in every room.
Just a large city.

Mate, the problem here is that “needy faces” refer to Sinners, not IMPs or Hellborns. Do basic 2+2.
You need to prove 2 things

1: that Charlie has only ever been in Sinner City

2: that she wasn't using flowery language or being hyperbolic
Wth is this
A snowy area on the Pride Ring. We can assume Stolas' mansion overviews IMP City through context clues so I'm not counting his.
Was already addressed in one of the calcs and the CGM agreed that the view we get cannot give us a good result (Pentagram City becomes a bit smaller than irl small town in size iirc)
Should tell you that the billion statement is hyperbolic or flowery considering we see the size of the city and its not even the size of a decent town! I'm fine with using a dense city from IRL because that would make the overpopulation problem relevant without trying to argue that you're stuffing a billion people in a small town and claiming that the streets don't look like a stuffed protest 24/7.
Consistent with million of souls statement and common sense that these are Sinners that have gone to Hell for millions/billions of years.
That have been getting offed for population control for damn near just as long.
Charlie says that asw.
It's mostly both Sera not wanting to risk an uprising and there being an excuse to blow out of proportion

By dense city, you mean something like Hong Kong?
(Is Hong Kong a city or a country?, hold up let me see wikipedia)

How is Vox getting angry and causing a blackout equal to him 'absorbing everything'

he's linked to the entire area's electricity i see, but theres no solid proof of him absorbing it all, its likely he just got mad and severed his connection in the process.#

Also Adam literally said 'You think you're tough shit?', not actually thinking he's tough. It was obvious sarcasm, as we see Adam casually destroy Alastor when he got slightly serious lmao. Plus if we look at the leaks...Alastor aint all that. Charlie doesnt know her own power either, but even if she thinks Alastor is the best option, its likely due to her lack of combat experience since she chooses not to fight

we see the electricity go through him IIRC, so that's why he's argued that way. I guess you could argue otherwise but I don't know.

We see him having some electricity, but thats not enough to say the blackout was cause he absorbed the entirety
Thats not how blackouts, or electric circuitry for that matter works.

Vox is obv wired to everything, but it doesnt require him absorbing ALL that electricity for him to cause a blackout
