Corprus is a metaphysic "blessing", not actually disease. Divayth Fyr stated that those got inflicted are too inferior to receive its blessings like immortality, super strength, super magicka and immune to all diseases. It affects your souls, and biological aspects are simply symptom.

Fatehaxing beings who exist beyond Time and Space (Type 4 Acausals) is possible though, since said entity may only exist beyond -linear- Time and operate on some other system of Cause and Effect which is entirely different from the one we're used to, like a Higher Temporal Dimension.
