Give me a Good Fight Rematch, Garou vs Kenpachi

I only said big sword because in a fight in real life, a skilled guy with a sword is going to block a skilled unarmed martial artist's attack much easier than the unarmed fighter can block the sword slashes. Since their stats seem equal, I say that Ken wins due to equipment.
 
Wait, since speed boost is allowed now I vote Garou due to accelerated development, reactive evolution, attack reflection, precognition, technique mimicry, and arguably superior CQC
