All fighters will have equal speed. Also, One-Shot and Auto-Hit HAX are prohibited from the tournament. Two people cannot have characters from the same series that have fought in canon.
Furthermore, there are no inconclusive/draws if there is no clear winner of a match the competitors will be put into a Knife Heel deathmatch in which each competitor is stripped of their special abilities and techniques as their mettle will be tested in pure mano-a-mano fisticuffs with skill and stamina being pushed to the max.
Each 1st match takes place inside of an underground cave system with freshwater spots throughout under a desert island with an active volcano set to blow any second now. Contestants can either decide to continue to fight in the sparsely lit caves or bring the fight up to the surface during the match. Each round brings the volcano closer and closer to erupting, once the volcano goes off the battlefield visibility will be decreased by 90% and the contestants will constantly be drained of stamina and HP putting the fighters in a crunch forcing them to win quickly as to not go down in a blaze of glory.

EDIT: Due to concerns from a few users I will be making a limit for the upper AP setting it at 52.5 Teratons as the highest the character can have for their AP. Furthermore, certain HAX and Immortality are allowed so keep this in mind when picking your characters. By the way, only one entrant per person.
EDIT: BFR will now be restricted from being used, Passive EE will also be restricted as well as some forms of Regeneration and Immortality. Conceptual attacks will also be restricted
