I don't think even putting the 1000 miles range is viable because there's a big difference between it being able to extend that far and it's user being able to actually effectively use it at that range in practice

Neither Toji nor Geto have the feats to prove they can actually see distances of or exceeding 1000 miles which would be necessary to use it at 1000 miles nor feats that show they can effectively control the chain at that range (which is obvious seeing as how they have to manually control it's movement by swinging it like any regular chain rather than it being like a telepathically controlled object)

Well they can't do that but it's just that chain has that much range that's all.

Looks really good. Much better than the current profile. I'd say the only thing it's missing is references for his other sections, such as AP, to match his P&A section. Other than that, good job.
