Genshin Impact - Big Scaling Rework

As the person who suggested that Haishan scales to the top tiers I’ll explain why here. Not sure if it’s too late and/or if y’all will agree but still:

In Beidou’s Lore Haishan is described as the same kind of legendary monster that Rex Lapis would go around smiting and literally stated to be “mighty as a deity.” While the latter might not be literal keep in mind that the stories didn’t say “the Adepti” when describing it. They said Rex Lapis specifically, implying a level of might beyond what’s expected of them even though there are legends about an Adeptus (don’t remember his name) briefly holding up a mountain and feats like Shenhe’s were done in public.

Her lore doesnt say Haishan is comparable to the sea monsters Rex Lapis fought (not that it would matter for the scaling since Rex Lapis was one shotting all of them anyway), all it says is that the tales of Rex doing that is what inspired Beidou to look for Haishan.

As for the "mighty as a diety" part is pretty hard to scale, since diety in genshin is a term with a massive range. Hell even the Adepti are considered dieties by the people of Liyue
