It’s not that I’m uncertain, it’s just that I genuinely can’t confidently evaluate somethings… like this for example:

Noelle speed seems kinda outlier ngl.

Regardless of how thoroughly I review the evidence, I would never have known this.

If you take a look at my evaluations for stuff that’s either (1) a verse I’m knowledgeable on or (2) clear-cut, my stance is almost always either yay or nay.

Ik how hard it is to get evals since a lot of staff don’t comment on verse’s they’re not knowledgeable on (understandably so ngl), so I try to help out with that, but at the same time, I can’t just accept stuff w/o airing on the side of caution and acknowledging that there’s a chance my eval couldn’t be 100% valid cus of aggravating factors.

I have applied the rest of changes so you dont torture yourself,but i would ask if we can remove the mhs+ from keqing,as the statement is the flowery language,the electro=ligthing is denied and she barely has any feats into the story,instead i suppose higher with "elemental burst" or something like that can work
