Currently Genkins is rated at 5-A for destroying the moon. Without a calc that should be 5-C.
Bigger problem is his low 2-C key and especially the 2-C interpretation of that key. Destroying a universe through time paradoxs isn't ap. It also isn't even hax because that's a weakness of the RvB universes not Genkins power. He doesn't destroy the universe, the universes of RvB just can't handle a time paradox thus get destroyed when one happens. His 2-C key makes even less sense; humans cause different timelines due to taking different actions does that make them 2-C via decision making (probably worded that poorly but it's late where I live; I was trying to refer to the butterfly effect)? Genkins literally isn't doing anything here; he changes time and multiverse theory does everything else.
Finally he's rated as high hypersonic for being faster than someone that is supersonic. He should just be supersonic, not even supersonic+ as you don't gain a plus sign from chain scaling no matter how big that chain of scaling is.
