Why isn’t Genkins low 2-c?

So in Red vs Blue: The Shisno Paradox, it is stated at some point ( I can’t remember when, I watched the series close to a year ago) that Chrovos ( who is revealed in season 17 to be a future version of Genkins) was forced by the Gods To make time run ( or something like that If this is true why is Genkins/Chrovos not Low 2-C?

Sounds like time manipulation or something, just making "time run" ain't a low 2-C, if he had created the timeline or could destroy time, than yes.

That's not a Low 2-C feat. At best, it's Time Manipulation.
