"Higher via Super Flare" seems okay for the Solar System Supers since their tier doesn't really change, preferably a value should be placed under this so the extent is known.
"Multi Galaxy via Super Flare" seems okay for the Galaxy Supers since their tier changes, value should be here as well.
 
I might be stupid but is the Long Halloween Storyline, Year One and The Collected Legends of the Dark Knight canon to the main earth? Or are they all Elseworlds? I know in the Collected Legends they have different Batmen with different writer's takes (one of them was a story about Bat-Mite trolling a drug addict funnily enough).

Or is it moreso parts of Year One and the Long Halloween are kinda sorta canon but not all of it?

If we take Satanus statement as true, Joker only affected one plane of creation. He did however have more power than Matrix Supergirl, who's a Shining one. The problem would be where to place the 5th Dimension in all of this though. Depending on its placement, Joker and Mxy could be anywhere from 1-A to possibly High 1-A.

The Fifth Dimension logically scales above the material plane. So it would be at least High 1-A in that regard.

At the very least. Though, I don't really think it's necessary to include a key for Spectre. DeMatteis happened to use Spectre, it was not a creation of his and isn't really unique to his cosmology.

Will Spectre get an upgrade in the future? It's jarring to see one key in his profile be 1-B and the rest are stuck at somewhere in 1-C or 2-C with one 4-B

That's not invulnerability, the showcased examples are just them having really strong durability.

And Absolute Superman is an entirely other reality so that should be removed as well.

just a formatting suggestion. For the enhanced senses, it might be worth doing something like

Enhanced Senses
- Sight: (feats)
- Hearing: (feats)
just so readers know exactly what senses are enhanced and how they're enhanced more clearly.
 
Again, that's just the Kryptonians being extremely durable, like the fact they can be harmed by non supernatural characters or characters on their power level shows that it's just typical durability.

We're not gonna give invulnerability negation for anyone who makes a kryptonian bleed by punching them.

Invulnerability is limited to what it's shown to do.

You wouldn't get invulnerability negation for making a kryptonian bleed, it just shows the limits of the invulnerability.

Invulnerability can be limited to conventional stuff only tho? Them being harmed by other things is not an anti feat

Question for Zatanna and Swamp Thing scaling

Considering that she sort of affects Prahlaya with her magic, and how Swamp Thing regrew into the DC Omniverse thanks to her spells... will she and Swamp Thing get the DeMatteis Cosmology scaling? Or is there something I'm missing?
