You do know that Garou's Peak is his Monster form which is High 6-A (24 petatons iirc) vs Meliodas who current peak is his True Magic Form which is Low 6-B (Above Baseline at that).
The difference between them is 1000x Teratons and for debate battle only, a limit of 7.5x is needed to one-shot an opponent.
So, to sum things up, Garou one-shot and stomp on Meliodas pretty badly
