2) I said "machine gun level" only because that's what you compared him to. As far as I'm concerned, a machine gun is weaker than City Block Level, which is weaker than Country Level, which is weaker than Planet Level... all real tiers for Attack Potency. Mario is Multi-Solar System level, which is drastically stronger.

3) What exactly are you wanting to change in Mario's page?

Also, we use outsite sources such as Naruto forums, albeit something like a youtube video migh be controversial.

And the feat/calc in question doesn't seem that relevant to add on it's own, unless is accompanied with a list of other feats.

The calculation is irrelevant even if it is or isn't correct. Mario is already multi-solar system from several feats. Overall this feat isn't exactly something we should even use, even to the weaker enemies, as they will eventually be bumped to building level.
