Goku first arrival on Namek is .08 in base. Kkx2 against Ginyu would be .16c

Zenkai boost from Frieza's ship makes him at least .16c in base, KKx20 makes it 3.2c, FTL. SS is at least x40, because KKx20 is equal to 50% Frieza. KKx20 x2 is 40. 3.2c x2 is 6.4c.
