Thread 'Some Thoughts and Revisions(NNT)'

Introduction​

So basically this CRT is Problems and Proposals with 7 Deadly sins scaling on this Forum, I'll first start with the problems

Chaos & Arthur Rating Reasonings​

I am currently fine with the High 4-C rating but the justifications for it is weird to me. For Chaos he has a High 4-C rating via creation and the reasonings are out of context.

Them lying doesn't make sense? Dude how do they even have this information. Not to mention lol wanted chaos freed so making it look like a fellow enemy/victim of the people the sins hate is in her interest - she has motive to lie.

The Lady of the Lake told Merlin's story and why she wanted to release Chaos, as well as Chaos's deeds. All this after he was released, what you're saying doesn't make sense.

It is Cath himself who says that everything dies one day, which is why he himself would destroy everything.

1) Merlin's story indicates that she was given this information/lied to thousands of years ago.

2) the sins were suspicious of Chaos, LOL likely lore dumped to allay their suspicions.

Again, how do LoL and cath know all this.
 
Where even is the whole argument of LOTL and Cath lying?

The Sins are suspicious of Chaos because they were unfamiliar with it
 
theres nothing showing anyone has been lying... and tbh we will get more lore on chaos in the new series we should wait for that before we make any big moves
 
Because fictional characters do lie, it's even happened in this series before. Sure most anime and manga characters are weirdly honest but you can't dismiss the possibility.

She overheard two wizards talking about Chaos, and we don't know how she found out the rest. There is no indication that the information is false; it is reaffirmed by the 2021 Fanbook, and in no interview did Nakaba suggest that it might be a lie.

After that, they became much more alert about Chaos, so her lying doesn't make any sense, besides the fact that Merlin could have disproven her, which didn't happen.


I don't know why we are debating this; the only thing I would take from that CRT is the argument for Chaos 4-C, of which the counter-argument was weak.
 
Some time ago, I thought the Behemoth might be made of stone because of this image. Maybe the anime confirmed that.

Maybe he's like Mama Hawk, but instead of moss, he's made of rock.

If the power source or universal energy system should be removed from a user by some means that should result in a notable loss in physical strength or alternatively even in physical harm or death.

This can't be applied to darkness, because if darkness doesn't exist in the user then nothing will happen.

It makes more sense if the appropriate magical powers gets it.

Darkness can’t be completely removed the only way to stop It permanently is killing the demon

By removing the darkness from Derieri and Monspeet, they fainted, so it meets this requirement
