Fight takes place in California's coast, with a forest fire on Flame Princess' side, while Lapis is near a source of water.

From what I remember, this version of FP if screwed regardless of whether or not speed is equalized. FP is brutally murdered no matter what she does.

I'd say Lapis because judging from the fact that she only needs to be 1.5x stronger then her High 6-A/weakened self to be Moon Level she's probably the strongest High 6-A in terms of raw power.

But i think Flame's Energy Manipulation and Reality Warping could give her somewhat of a advantage but that's isn't really enough to close the already drastic gap.
