Fixing some ratings (Minor Naruto 5-C revision)

Right now in Naruto's profile we have this problem.

Attack Potency: 4.3 Gigatons, possibly 88.74 Exatons. 44.37 Exatons with Six Paths Sage Mode. 88.74 Exatons with Kurama Six Paths Sage Mode.

Why is Base Naruto possibly stronger than his Six Paths Sage Mode self? That doesn't make sense Naruto will end up making himself weaker by using an amp.

This isn't exclusive to Naruto, a bunch of other characters that scale off Naruto had this same problem such as The Last Sakura, Toneri, The Last Naruto and Sasuke. Why do they get the 88.74 Exatons in the first place? Well it's because Sasuke blocked an attack from Madara's Limbo clone, making his physical durability scale to him. This then gets scaled for a possibly rating to base Naruto, and then a bunch of other characters scale off of him. Unfortunately it brings scaling issues like base Naruto being possibly just as strong as his KSPSM self. And base Toneri being possibly stronger than his TCM self.

So here's my proposal to fix it. For Narutoverse's possibly 5-C rating it should be downscaled to 29.6 Exatons, the baseline value for 5-C. Madara seems to be pretty casual in pushing Naruto and Sasuke back. And a 29.6 Exaton character blocking an attack from an 88.74 Exaton character that is being casual is not all that outlandish. The gap is less than 3x.

Lol no, you can only upscale/downscale, if the gap is less than 1.5x ish. Something that is almost a 3x difference is too absurd

You can downscale with a large gap if there's a valid reason for it. Look at the One Piece 6-A ratings.

I think possibly 44 Exatons is safer, as then BSM wouldn't be a nerf and it'd be more consistent with Sasuke tanking Juubidara's attack.

you didnt have to make a thread for this tbh, it was a mistake made when the changes were being implemented, they're supposed to be possibly 44 exa downscaling from Nards better ninjutsu being an at least 2x gap, which can just be adjusted on the profiles and the prev thread linked.
