The explosion feat is absolutelly an outlier. In the same episode it didn't do any damage to a steel box and only broke some metal pipes alongside kill some fodder agent. In the same episode again Sanford directly shoots a concrete wall with it and doesn't do more than leaving some marks on it. In Dissenter soldat shoots a rocket launcher and it doesn't do more than crumbling some metal gate and destroy bit of concrete. Multiple C4s in MN doesn't do any damage to some steel gates other than slightly crumbling and lock open them. I won't gonna try to deny it or the new tiering, i'm just saying.
