As of chapter 473, there were some significant changes to Laxus' post-2nd timeskip abilities.
Firstly, the removal of the Magic Barrier Particles from his system should mean his weakening is voided, returning his tier to the Low 7-B it was before the fight with Tempester.
Secondly, the addition of the Red Lightning ability, which turns his lightning into something that doesn't quite count as lightning anymore, and thereby overrides most Electricity Immunity powers.
Thirdly, the addition of the Raikou Akamikazuchi attack.
