Experiment: Koishi Komeiji vs Wilhelm Ehrenburg

Not using it in character unless you bloodlusting it, Koishi bloodlusted so she will use it anytime, 50/50 tho, using it at first or save for surprise.

You do know that consciousness - whether active or passive deals with the mind and perception, right?

Just because her passive nature affects the subconscious, doesn't mean it will effect Wihelm's subconscious, because he has dealt with far stronger mind hax.

It's all mindhax, some of it is just passive due to her nature as an imaginary friend - but it is still mindhax.
Except it's not mindhax, it's physiology. It doesn't directly affect Wilhelm, she exists in the subconscious. Seeing Koishi would be like seeing a stray thought on the same level as Id, Ego, and Superego.

@Veloxt1 Soul Manip in Touhou is mostly utilized by Tenshi ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtX1oSIdd2g), where she uses the sword to absorb souls and spirits to fire lasers. Komachi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0c6ML0lWbQ) uses spirits as danmaku. Yuyuko shoots out spirits as well (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3l4hh1gUbV4)

The only one Koishi was confirmed to fight with was Tenshi in Antinomy of Common Flowers, but there. How much resistance does Wil have?

The resistance comes from how much soul you have, here Wilhelm has more than 10,000 i think? Can't remember it well.

It stemming from her physiology is irrelvant.

Her physiology causes manfulctions in the subconscious of other beings - that's passive mindhax due to her nature.

Cthulhu has something similar in that people are driven mad just by looking at him because they can't understand his physiology - so it makes the mind crash and the viewer goes insane:

  • Telepathy: Cthulhu has massive telepathic abilities that enable him to speak to individuals or groups of beings whether in their subconscious or conscious mind, this also enables him to devastate minds of mortals, though he may be able to apply this to immortal creatures.
  • Mindmash: When mortals look at Cthulhu, they will go insane.
  • Unconventional Composition: Cthulhu's body is composed of an unknown material similar to plasma, it is described as "tenebrous", "slobberingly", "gelatinous", and "greasily", giving him an incorporeal quality, as such he is capable of withstanding solar heat, as well as shapeshifting into the three states of matter: Solid, Gaseous, and Liquid. The mere fact that this full physical form is (presumably) in another plane of reality make this body undying and virtually immortal.
Methuselah is similar with his Pressure of Darkness:

It's the same with Koishi except instead of making people go insane, she makes per presence unnoticeable.

However, any alteration or manipulation of the mind, due to her physiology or her actively trying to control Wilhelm's mind is meaningless unless it is higher-dimensional as he has the best 3-D mind manipulation resistence on the site.

Wilhelm will be able to notice her - there is no doubt.

Her physiology is nonexistent and mental. She doesn't passively use subconscious manip, she's just like a thought, or the absence of thought given soul.

But none of that matters now. Alas, Koishi cannot bypass the mindresist and soulresist of Will. She has no more win conditions because she can't even get past his regent.

And there we go, at least it goes well despite confirmed stomp in the end lel, and now i must owe Saikou-chan about it lmao

And because that i can make another match with Wilhelm, no spite feels okay

Koishi's page should be updated.

We don't use physical, mental, and complete to describe non-existent physiology anymore.

I believe most of Touhou page need to be updated from what i check tbh, but Saikou-chan being lazy it seems :v

A youkai has low-godly, and they can kill eachother.

But Koishi has never faced anyone with soul resistance, and every fight she has been in was a game.
