If the ECW absorbs water and Noelle fights with water spells, what do you think is going to happen?

I mean, Noelle can literally manipulate the water in her surrondings

Noelle has no way of harming Evil Ocean Water and her range is only Hundreds of Meters. Giving the benefit of the doubt I'll say her range is 999 meters.

Evil Ocean Water's eye alone is 4295 meters in size, with its width being 250030 meters. She's not even capable of reaching 1% of EOW's body.

I don't know either of these characters all that well, but going off their profiles I don't see any victory conditions.

Also going by the Black Clover verse page, Noelle seems to scales to 15 Petatons of TNT.

While EOW scales to 5.68 Exatons of TNT, which is 5680 Petatons. So EOW should one shot here as well.

I think this is a stomp. Unless someone can correct any mistakes I'm making?
