Evil Ocean Water finally gets some scaling

Seeing that Saitama's page was updated to include him running on water in One Punch Man Chapter 157, I think we should also update Evil Natural Water's page to include the feat of her damaging near-Awakened Garou in the same chapter, therefore placing Evil Ocean Water at the same 7-B to High 7-A range that he's in. Everyone agrees?

So we should wait until Garou's tier is changed and then follow with updating Evil Ocean Water's tier after that? Fine with me. Though I worry setting up Sage Centipede's profile might take a while.
