Some changes to its profile, removed the part in the summary about it surviving a serious punch from Saitama as it is unknown if it will still be alive in the manga continuity.
Added "higher via absorption" as Iaian said it's water jets were getting stronger and theorized it absorbed underground water, this hypothesis proved true when ENW became Evil Ocean Water and it's water jets became far stronger than before.
Same with the speed as it was failing to catch Child Emperor with its water jets until it absorbed Sludge Jellyfish.
The profile should look like this:
Evil Natural Water is a mighty being that works for the Monster Association, an elite group of horrifying creatures working to dismantle the Hero Association.
Being a vessel made entirely from liquid, Evil Natural Water is incredibly challenging to kill through physical or conventional means and can reform if its water gets splattered.
Attack Potency: City level (As a Dragon level threat, it should be superior to Beefcake) higher via absorption (Iaian, who earlier on had fought against it underground, noted that its water jets got stronger after resurfacing) | Continent level (Able to severely harm Post-Darkshine Garou with an Ocean Grand Cannon, who at the time could withstand attacks from Sage Centipede. Merged with the ocean and can release this much energy should all of the water fall back on Earth) higher via absorption
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Comparable to Child Emperor, defeated the Narinki Squad and Atomic Samurai's disciples) up to at least Massively Hypersonic+ via absorption (Upon absorbing Sludge Jellyfish it managed to defeat Child Emperor who was previously dodging its attacks. After resurfacing and consuming even more water it could tag and even outspeed Atomic Samurai with its water jets. Fired a water jet at Post Darskhine Garou after he beat Bang) higher via absorption | At least Massively Hypersonic+ (Shoot a massive Oceanic Cannon in a mere instant. Should be at least as fast as before) higher via absorption
As a consequence of these changes Child Emperor (and Brave Giant), G5 and Resurrected Phoenix Man become MHS+, but I would actually prefer if someone calculated Brave Giant speed (which should be possible, we are given a timeframe in the manga and a double page spread that can be pixel scaled) because at the moment 90% of the verse speed scaling comes from Jet Psykos beams.
