For those arriving in Denver, the city seems perfectly normal and functional.

I park the van and get out.

@Crimson inside the illegal burger you find a normal restaurant with people going about their business. There is a line to the cashier, who is taking orders.

@Denver Gang: You have stopped by the airport just outside of the city. It's bustling and active, people walking in and out, planes taking off, cars everywhere.

"This is weird. Keep an eye out for anything suspicious."

I head into the airport, looking for anything that jumps out to me.

"Okay, let's go." He got out and caught up.

Heading northwest, you come across the hole that was Nashville and tire tracks that are partially on fire.

At the airport you are asked for airplane tickets to get in.

"Hmm... Yeah, this seems just a bit off."

I get out of the car, straighten my sunglasses, and take a walk down to the airport.

"Anybody got tickets or am I gonna have to get some?" He asked.

"Let's wait for now. We can come back after we check out the rest of the city."

I head out of the airport and into the city.

"Fun stuff." He said, following him.

"Another destructed city, uh."

The city is very active, with the streets crowded, people seem to be walking towards one specific spot.

"Hmmm? Where are they goin' at?" He said, following them.

"Give me this." Sombra points towards the hamburger that seems to be their best.

I inspect the tire tracks and start following them.

@The Denver Squad: The crowd seems to be surrounding a small birch tree of some sort, though it's hard to get a look at with all the people in the way.

I ask one of the other people in the crowd what's going on.

"Hey, what's happening?"

Sombra wonders what dollars are, before realizing it must be money.

When getting to the Airplane that went to Miami, he accidentally got a wallet. Inside there are 6 dollars. What a coincidence.

He gives the money.

I sprout my Rinkaku kagune to get a better look and see the fruit.

"You probably shouldn't eat that."

 

[Christian_Higdon]

"Ooooooh, a fruit. Eh, I dunno about this though." He said, a bit nervous.

I grab the citizen with my hands and pull his head close to my eyes. . ."WHAT IS GOING ON!" I demand to know, careful not to absorb his soul or life force, only using mind manipulation to get the answers we need.

I ask Mia as I pull my plastic bag towards her.

@Spider It doesn't seem to work, It feels like something already has them under their control

As if on cue, several people grabbed the fruit and began passing it to the outside of the crowd.

"Okay, I don't like this fruit one bit! Somebody needs to do something!" He shouted, a bit peeved.
