But that is the level of Mid Low, not High Low, I am not denying that he has Regenerationn but it isn't at the level of the demons nor Goddesses by feat if you get what I mean.

Pretty much anything that makes you spit out large amounts of blood like that is organ damage, since it means either your stomach or lungs were damaged enough for blood to both get into them and be ejected out.
