Bump . I can help organize the proper CRT. I have more than enough knowledge on the new game, plus have watched multiple walkthroughs over and over again to get myself familiarized with the "who does it affect? aspect" ... I also simply recommend we just do the CRT and just put (Spoilers) so no one who hasn't already seen the game will go there . I have a good idea on who scales to the proposed upgrade (Only the Union stuff I have questions on, which they may or may not scale depending on what happened in the end of the game)
