Oof. Well, I would probably assume Ed has more experience, is likely just a tad smarter. Also if I am not mistaken, Tarbosaurs are larger and almost comparable to the Tyrannosaurus rex.

The Tarbosaurus is significantly larger and could quite easily overpower the Thanos. Size stomp.

Ed beats Thanos. Size difference is too much and Abelisaurs like Thanos aren't quite the most sturdy in build. And given this is a fight, Thanos' probable speed advantage won't be enough to offset the fact if he gets remotely in striking range, Ed's going to land a hit much sooner vs. later.
