He had a broken arm and his face had severe bruises after fighting Vegeta and Goku ,on seeing frieza he amped up and fixed his broken arm and face

He didn't fixed it. His arm was still broken. He could only use it because he was pretty much a living corpse at this point, only being able to use his broken body because he is kinda dead akready, as Vegeta said it himself

The designs were super simplistic ever since the start of super. The most original one is SSG and it's just base Goku with red hair, the unique thing is the eye design is different and he's skinny.Feels like they're getting lazy with design honestly
Super saiyan blue is literally just blue super saiyan.
Golden freeza is quite literally just golden freeza with a slightly slightly tweaked design.
Super saiyan rose is literally rose super saiyan.
UI sign is just base Goku with white eyes and slightly different hair style.

SSBE is SSJ grade 2 with a slightly different shade of blue.
Ultra ego is the only really unique design from super.
Of course not saying these form designs are bad, less is more. However it's getting ridiculous. Why couldn't freeza's new form be like this but shaded black?
Why is his chest white when he's supposed to be black? It's jarring.

When turning into Golden Frieza, he literally stated that he intentionally designed it to be just him with Golden Color to mimic and mock the Super Saiyan transformation
Out of universe reason, Akira Toriyama wanted the design to be simplistic, as well as that he couldn't make a better design for Frieza
Also yeah, Cooler's evolved form won't really work for Frieza. The thing that makes Cooler's form so memorable is because it's unique. Giving to Frieza would kinda ruin it being special

It doesn't have to be a ctrl c ctrl v copy paste of coolers form. Just the same vibe with freeza's twist and change the color would make it look peng instead of a recolor. Ultra ego was a step in the right direction and removing the eye brow is brave.

Ultra Ego is just, remove the eye brow and the hair is purple......nothing new. The original thing out of every form is the Aura. Super have great aura design and layout

There was not a single plot driven transformation since Super Saiyan 2, and you could, at best, make an argument for MUI, but even that is poorly set up.

"Hey, this exists! We will never touch on it again" isn't plot driven.
This doesn't move the plot, doesn't gets resolved with the plot. It's just lore dump and fake World Building.
SSJ2 was driven by the plot, achieved through the circumstances the plot fabricated, and driven by Gohan's character growth. Which other transformation has such thoughts behind it other than SSJ1? I honestly don't know

Gas literally uses his life force to get more power. That's the effects of the curse. The more he powered up, the older he became, until he was dying and turned into a living corpse before Frieza finished him off

That's literally what happens though. Even Elec said to the other heeters that Gas was wasting the last of his life form to finish them as there isn't a lot of time before he would die, as Gas literally used all his power and life force (and ki was stated to be both. Even in Z, Vegeta used all his life force in his final explosion against Buu, and then turned into stone and died as a result of it happening)
