Not what i was expecting, for some reason i was expecting frost to accidentally kill someone and get erased that way after Frieza said the best way to use that form is to go all out right away.

Either way, we still know that it's stronger.

It wouldn't be a 100% increase, he's in final form, implying it works like Frieza, second form to 3rd form is 1%, final is about 20%

Either way, knowing that it's stronger at all is usually good enough to give it its own key. Caulifla has an Ultra Super Saiyan key even though we don't know how much stronger it is, and it shares a similar weakness.

Assuming his final is 20% like Frieza, his 100% would only be a bit iver 3x that just with an added stamina weakness.

He won't be, High 3-A is infinitely above what he's currently at, the jump from where he is now to High 3-A is bigger than the gap between him Right now and him as a baby.

I mean unless he destroys a universe including the space time or something.
