I've been wondering this myself
Something else to consider is that Moro's explosion is likely universal+ due to the threat of the SDBs being destroyed and Dai Kaioshin regarding Uub as the savior of the Universe explicitly. I would say galaxy would be a mistranslation in this case due to there being no plural for galaxies, galaxy and every galaxy. If we're talking about Viz's translation specifically, they've been known to translate Universe to galaxy even in Z.

Just search some Chou upgrades and you will see that people used the Moro explosion argument.
Again, let's just use the new argument presented on this thread.
We can't just recicle old arguments, becouse they will get rejected again, over and over

Hey, given how the current depiction of the Genocide of the Saiyans depicts the Supernova piercing into the core of Vegeta, resulting in the planet blowing up from the inside, could we downgrade First Form Frieza by any chance?

It in fact would not. Even if freeza did that by blowing it up from the inside, the result wouldn't change because of kinetic energy.

Blowing up the core doesn't cause the entire planet to be destroyed by a ki blast in matter of seconds.
