Personally, I feel like we should give Hercule Resurrection. I mean, not ONLY does he beat down Cell and Buu, but he revived all the dead with just his punches.
Edit: On a more serious note, I re-learned that in the DBS Manga Cell dying at a cellular level freed Android 17. Somehow. I assume they really meant to word it as 17 revived where Cell died when the Dragon Balls were used.
