So as expected, Goku and Gohan are relative in their strongest forms, the idea that one was gonna stomp the other should be long gone by now. Everyone can stop coping.

It would be better Saiyan and Namek physiology.
They are the two races with the most things and will benefit characters like Cell and Buu who have DNA/Absorbed at least one of each race.
Majin Physiology (Majin Boo) would also be good for DBH since an entire race was created from Majin Boo.

Both series clearly have different continuities that were never meant to work together outside for a few gags, crossovers, and minor references.

Let's clarify one thing, Dr Slump exists next to the city where the canon events take place, but we can consider that the multiverse in Dr Slump exists in a different dimension on the same plane as the timelines all of this existing within Dragon Ball of course.

That's what I said below, we see these things from the perspective of characters who passively change reality, so it's kind of obvious that around Arale things like this would happen since she has plot hax and other passive things.
The series have the same continuity, basically all media shows this.
We literally scale the canonical Arale for Goku in her profile. If the series have different continuities, we wouldn't give a feat from Arale from DBS to the canonical Arale from the dr.slump manga in her profile.

If they are different worlds then the Arale canon should not scale to the Goku canon.
Since if Dr Slump's world is not the same as DB's, then Arale from the original manga and DBS shouldn't be the same.
