Dragon Ball Super Discussion Thread 100

Hello.

Do you think that it would be a good idea to replace the general "Dragon Ball" category with a "Dragon Ball Games" category for the listed characters from that (loose) continuity?

We do seem to have a separate "Dragon Ball GT" category after all.

Why can't we use transformations for LS?

In addition to the UES for physical stats, we see two occasions where transforming gives you more LS.

As in the case of the gravity machine, where trunks transforming into SSJ made him move better (support his own weight), and we have a scene in which Goku was training with X tons of weight and managed to lift much more after transform into SSJ (boo saga).

Besides in super, with that fake black hole. Goku Base could barely stand up because of gravity, but when he transformed into SSB he was able to get up easily.

I think it's quite obvious that the transformation multipliers that go to strength, speed, etc., also go to the LS.

well, no one did that yet, if one wants to do that, then one can try an do that

altho, where would we start?

If there are variable lifting strength feats throughout the series, in various SSJ form, and lastly, without continuity (e.g imagine SSG Goku has a Class K feat, SS1 a Class G and Kid Goku a Class M) it almost becomes impossible unless you just take the highest value, take whatever form it happened in, and then add multipliers for the forms beyond that to it.

First a crt to accept this.

Then we'll start with scales with multipliers (kaioken/ssjs). It can be one crt for all continuities or one for each continuity.

It would be easy for example for super. Since Goku only has one calculation, then just put the multiplier of each transformation giving X Class of LS.

The third would be more controversial. That greater fighting power/power in general would also include greater LS (as with attack and speed)

So if for example. Goku SSB has X LS and in the future Goku's Base power is as strong as this past version of him, so he would scale LS.

Or some shit like that.

I'm not good with this math stuff and multipliers, especially with DB. So here's the idea for you, for DB to have an LS more worthy of the power that the guys have nowadays.

That means Class M x 250,000 🥶 (that's the god or blue multiplier or shit isn't it?)

DB has very few calculations for LS, at least in Canon. I think that in the entire DBS anime, we only have Goku's Class M calculation.

And in the original DB, it is unknown.

Question, in my fan fiction when goku was 18/19 (the same time as the Piccolo jr arc) bro lifted a satellite with both arms alongside someone else. Giving them class G each, then when the other person was falling, he had to hold them and lift it with one arm and had to use a 4 times power amp to hold it better

So could I use transformations for lifting strength (God knows how much that would be with the scaling lol)

oh BTW!
should we add back the "Low 1-C With EE" to beerus and practically any other god of destruction now that dr slump is back at low 1-c?

I mean most of the staff that voted were disagreeing with it because of continuity mechanics between the verses from what I saw, you guys were the ones disagreeing with it as a outliner

Ignoring the possibly lethal 6 tons of 100g or the 20 kg/40 lb/2 ton/10 ton weights that encumber the main cast time and time again,
take your pick ig

what would goku's lifting strength be with all his transformations stacked

Let's be honest Goku has no Win con against Mahito but damn you guys really managed to get that sh*t closed. Just saw Seth's Madara vs Sukuna video. It was the same sh*t
Domain expansion is so broken in cross verses debates.

I hope Toriyama or Toyotaro give Goku actual hax or hax resistance so we don't have to deal with sh*t like that anymore.

He really does though, speed unequalized goku would blitz the **** out of mahito before he ever knew anything happened, there is no argument of getting caught in his domain either, which leads to a hakai erasure. Speed equalized was the only way you could argue for mahito, even then goku still had better wincons. And goku has some cool hax thanks to hakai, and his speed is absurd which would help with most matches, but that's not the way it works here unfortunately.

Too bad most of them are speed equalised. The same reason why fcking 2-C Hit lost to Obito on this Wiki lmfao

Yep he did ! XD Visit his profile. It looooks so ridiculous. But if you read all the arguments there is no way you can argue in Hit's favour while Speed is equalised
Probably because the speed equalized shit, hit solos the verse.

"Speed Equalization Rules and Assumptions:

Any speed equalized match, in which a major reason a character loses is due to having a disadvantage against some speed value they usually wouldn't have a disadvantage against, may not be added to profiles."

Taking the highest available value as a baseline:
  • Base: 533,525.275 tons (Class M)
  • Kaio-ken: 1,067,050.55 tons (Class G)
  • Great Ape: 5,335,252.75 tons
  • Kaio-ken x20: 10,670,505.5 tons
  • Super Saiyan: 26,676,263.8 tons
  • Third Grade Super Saiyan: 266,762,638 tons
  • Super Saiyan 2-3: 266,762,638+ tons
  • Super Saiyan God: 133,381,318,750 tons (Class T)
  • Super Saiyan Blue: 6.66906594e+12 tons (Class P)
  • Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken: 1.33381319e+13 tons
  • Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken x20: 1.33381319e+14 tons
  • Ultra Instinct -Sign-+: 1.33381319e+14+ tons

Speed equalised wins shouldn't count. Because it's either speed blitz , AP gapping or outhax someone in these debates.
Also hit wasn't 2-C at that time funny enough and didn't have interdimensional range, but yeah speed equalized matches are unrealistic, but it's the only way for matches to happen, so he wouldn't actually win, just with the conditions that were made.
