EoS Goku is weird to consider. If we take it as just to Uub, then he's probably unbelievably powerful from a conventional level and sports a few unique new haxes we haven't seen yet. Nothing too crazy, just some cool tricks. Especially because when Beerus refers to MUI Goku's combat, he calls it "God-like/Fights like a God." Which is interesting, because MUI Goku fights against Moro with tricks he's himself faced against foes like Zamasu (Forced Teleportation, Telekinesis, etc.).
But if you take it as a rough composite (OG, Z, Super, and GT), then Goku becomes really wacky. He gains all his forms, no stamina loss {thanks to the tail}, busted adaptation from the Toei stuff, has his Super haxes {Hakai, Mafuba, etc.}, and is some transcendent Dragon Guardian Ghost.
Technically he gets very few buffs from GT, but the ones they do help immensely. Like space breathing, really good non-physical interaction, and being able to use SSJ4 to force himself back into his Prime, canceling out the Daima shenanigans, and so on.

Yeah it does, but it's a false equivalence Luffy one is eraser the other is attacking they can't be equated. Just like Existence erasure still erases physical matter, and you could have existence erasure resistance, but you get killed by basic matter destruction because you don't have resistance to matter destruction.

Not just 39 Seasons. It has a film, audio stories, multiple spin offs, comics, novels, games, guides, BTS information, and more. It's a MASSIVE empire/franchise that HEAVILY dips into EVERY facet of Science Fiction as a genre, and even goes further into the realms of Magic and the Mystical. It's very fun, but also very OP when you scale it (for obvious reasons.)
