And telekinesis, Goku's Ki barrier, his superior attack range, Greater Analytical Prediction (Can predict opponents based on movement, sense malicious intent, and feel small current of air. During his fight against Hit, he managed to predict his movements after he skipped time by 0.1 seconds, allowing Goku to counter Hit's Time-Skip ability), the very highest level of instinctive reaction that Goku manages, BFR, His resistance to information analysis and something else that I'm forgetting. I think that just being able to catch Luffy with his telekinesis would decide the battle.

Definitely debatable but I'm pretty sure Goku also has the best Power Mimcy and Analytical Prediction (I think people underestimate he's in general)out of everyone here.

Contextualized it seems more that Baba can not tell what the fate of the Earth, because that's how decisive the battle is, rather than them outright resisting her precognition.

Uranai baba is described as a fortune teller who can guess everything one wants to know, she knew that Goku was going to go look for her and she went ahead to bring Son Gohan from paradise, she knew that Goku was going to save the world against Piccolo daimaku, etc. . Precognition is, simply put, the ability to see the future. Characters with this ability can, through varying means, accurately predict future events. Said means fall under two main categories; Divination, in which a user acquires impossible knowledge of upcoming events by looking into the future itself, and Analytical Prediction, in which a user predicts the actions of others, as well as their consequences, through analysis of the factors involved. While the means are different, both forms of the power are fundamentally similar, with noticeable overlap. On top of this, the specifics and power of Precognition differ greatly from character to character.

If they have equal stats that means they LS would also be equal, no? If so, then this wouldn't work on Luffy.

You literally said above that Goku uses his God Ki to put it on the opponent, and that's what stops them from moving. That is textbook LS.

Not really, he uses God Ki on your body to prevent you for moving by Paralysis them, is not holding them physically like TK.

If stats are even then telekinesis wouldn't work due to their LS being equal.

Apparently he covers his opponent with Ki, which prevents him from moving because after all, it has not been described as a neurotoxin either.
There is resistance to telekinesis and I don't think Luffy has proven to have it.
