But yeah, me personally I don't see it as resistance to time hax nor immeasurable speed, but rather an application of ki being able to manipulate space-time the same way Super Buu did. Goku forced his way into Hit's time stuff through it.

idk, he punched a shit ton of times, and then after the time skip, the last hit seemed to take effect immediately because it was the most recent, maybe theres a time frame, but im not sure, but undeniably all the hits that came before that registered way later, as a result of the timeline catching up
