Buu's a lot more complex than Cell.
In this case, it'd be more like giving the Cell Jrs a distinct page from Cell.
Kid Buu and Innocent Buu are separate entities with their own consciousnesses / souls / fighting styles / personalities / appearances, etc.

I think making Kid Buu and Innocent Buu separate profiles is cool. Kid Buu's different enough from Innocent Buu to warrant a different profile, imho
