Watagash is not universe level due to fight universe 6 saga gohan which is not universe level unlike his TOP self who fought blue and frost is not universe or even close. Vegeta who has blue one shotted Frost with no effort and is only is universe level in TOP due to becoming savage due to becoming a futivtive on the run. And your gonna notice tread with the tournament everybody who was weaker got boosted beyond belief.. And zeno profile saying 2-c when it says in attack potency and durabilty as low 2-C. TOP members should be buu level aside from top tiers like jiren,kelfa,anailza to name a few. and Why have All the gods of destruction and angels when there just copy and paste of Whis Beerus and Champa and Vados who did something feat wise on their own feats and had actually story relavance besides their position as gods. Cooler is stonger than Frieza but not a huge margin since he got stomped by super saiyan goku who frieza had the thing happen and King Cold beng comparble to Z Frieza also makes sense but is slighty stronger as stated like Cooler in same manner. The movies villians dont scale to nothing except their own movie except the ones directly scale and clearly try to fit in Continuity. Like Cooler and Bardock's crew are scaleable because in the manga he dies the same way and fits in well enough and ist contradicted until dragon minus which is modern bardock but that's whole different story. Game characters are to far away from og dragon to even scale and gt depite it being fan raged should be a part of the main page due to being canon for a while until toriyama quit . Then went to make super because evolution is stiil worse piece of dragon ball. GT clearly tries to fit continuity despite failing as the same as super and both are made by toei mind you not the orginal creator and both have designs and notes given by toriyama so they arent much different and derseve a spot together even if its gets own section or just gets put in with anime only which works perfectly. and their ist much to move on the GT Verse ether. tagnoma ist solar system level he;s planet because he cant be both and theirs more to say he's planet than solar system like 1 gohan one shots him and gotenks screw around with him cause he's gotenks and only would be solar system if ginyu possed him which is a huge if to that powerful.

so master roshi being comparable to universe level people is not riduous or even tien for that matter

and even at the TOP prerounds with universe 9 gohan was impressed at goku ssb and hast been universe level until TOP
 
no he wrecked very bad and had a distraction if anything he even noted this what a final attack looks like after beating him
 
and Vegeta had to use a "real" final flash to overpower his attack and even then the final mission still pushed it back a bit.
 
it backs up my point of him being weaker because he died with no effort and that line supports it because he was saying this is what true attack feels like and the fact it pushed it back ist shocking since wast trying and was in super saiyan form instead of blue
 
no he didt die cause he was holding back and heès probly buu saga cause the weakist fighters are at level basil
 
Umm that's not how it works.

Super Saiyan Vegeta is 3-A. Ultimate Katopelsa was able make him put in effort therefore makimg him 3-A
 
If an opponent makes Goku or Vegeta take effort, that's 3-A. Goku and Vegeta at this point in base is hilariously casually 3-A. Like it isn't even a joke levels into 3-A.
 
even then so he didt try in the trying in the slightest to beat him as shown pirior with a scan also theirs other thens i said on the thread beside Super
 
Well a little nitpick, Low 4-C to 3-C isn't even 1 quintillion difference. 4-B to 3-C is a little bit under 1 trillion.

But yeah the point remains the same.
