No, there is still speed for DBH explanation. This should be handled before the closure of this thread. Simply arguing for 4 pages but yet we got new scans and arguments, it is much preferably to update the speed explanation.

Alright, so I not only have applied the changes to the Xenoverse characters, but also fixed other ratings to fit the previous Toei Downgrades, and wrote close to the Feats Blog in the verse page that the Xenoverse section is outdated.

Alrighty then, I've made some fixes to grammar, added new and improved scans & arguments, and fixed some of the justifications. I think the page is good to be published now.
I'll also inform Vietthai to update the feat blog when he gets the time, but as I said before he's been busy with work lately so please forgive him for the inconvience.
