I didn't know the series well so I'm apologize if I missed anything.

Can you give a list of characters that scales to Tsukasa?

Basically any character that is subsonic they just need to become how fast he is now
Also If the gap between Kohaku and Tsukasa isn't that wide then she should straight up be near his speed too
